Harbor House at the YWCA
Xenolith Partners is working closely with the YWCA NorthEastern NY ("YWCA") to redevelop their historic property in the Stockade Historic District in Schenectady. Harbor House at the YWCA will include the new construction of 54 supportive housing units and the historic substantial rehabilitation of the existing 42-unit SRO building, with services provided by the YWCA.
Harbor House at the YWCA is being financed with SLIHC, HHAP, HCR SHOP funds, HCR HOME-ARP funds, HCR CEI funds, City of Schenectady ARPA funds, Consortium HOME-ARP funds, and other capital subsidies. Construction will take approximately 24 months.
