Harbor House at the YWCA
Xenolith Partners is working closely with the YWCA NorthEastern NY ("YWCA") to redevelop their historic property in the Stockade Historic District in Schenectady. Harbor House at the YWCA will include the new construction of 54 supportive housing units and the historic substantial rehabilitation of the existing 42-unit SRO building, with services provided by the YWCA.
Harbor House at the YWCA is anticipated to be financed with HFA 4% LIHTC, SHOP funds, Historic Tax Credits, and other capital subsidies. Construction will take approximately 22 months.
